FMD east Africa is committed to offer our customers unparalleled support for their farm machinery. We carry ex-stock in excess of 13000 line items of genuine spare parts to cover Massey Ferguson, Baldan, Jacto, Nogueira, Nux and Bambozzi and these parts are all 100% genuine from the manufacturer. You will identify these parts as genuine through AGCO branding and “Genuine Parts HOLLOGRAM”

These are strategically placed in the various warehouse where we have our presence close to you; Nakuru, Nairobi, Eldoret, Arusha, kampala. Besides these, we have appointed various parts distributors in different areas within the region such as Kericho, Kitale, nanyuki, Eldoret, Turbo, Narok.. this ensures that customers down time is minimized We do overnight courier for customers outside these regions

We have dedicated and professional staff who will serve you to your satisfaction and we pride ourselves to filling up to 90% of your requirements all the time.

FMD East Africa only use genuine spare parts and therefore all our work is accompanied with parts warranty that is supported by the manufacturer thus resulting in full peace of mind for our customers when we carry out the work.

Not only do we provide our customers with genuine parts, but we provide expert service to all our equipment as well. Our highly trained service professionals will diagnose and repair, all while keeping in mind that you want you equipment to work well and be priced right. We can even provide full rehabilitation of old equipment.

FMD East Africa has a field service team that supports our customers on farm and in-field needs to reduce down time and cost.

All tractors sold by FMD East Africa are covered by the world renown Massey Ferguson warranty of 1200 hours or One year (whichever comes first). FMD East Africa provides the first and second service free of charge and thereafter the customer pays for the 500, 600, 750, 1000 hours service to qualify for this warranty cover. For implements these are gain all covered by a 12 month warranty on non-soil engaging parts

N.B: WARRANTY COVERS THE CUSTOMER AGAINST MANUFACTURER DEFECTS ONLY i.e. IT DOESN’T COVER ABUSE
